Fast Food Options...

Well, i forgot my lunch at home. What are some sleeve friendly fast food or restaurant options? I've had pintos and cheese from taco bell. I've done a grilled chicken sandwich witness no bread. Just a baked sweet potato. Any other ideas???

  • Chickfila has 4pc grilled nuggets and side that makes for a good grilled chicken salad. I agree the chilli at Wendy's is good!

Good ideas! Wendy's also has all their salads in a half size.

Panera's tomato soup. Or the broccoli cheese.

In a pinch. 1 chicken strip at chick-fil-a fits nicely. Nice moist protein. Save the other two as it comes in a 3pc. Only done this once.

If i'm in a pinch I stop by chick-fil-a 4pc grilled nugget kids meal with fruit cup and diet lemonade.

I go to El Pollo Loco and get a thigh or some chicken tortilla soup. It's delicious..... :)
