pistachios :)

I like the shelled ones- it keeps me busy in between so I don't over do it :)

I love them!

I'm all about mozzorella string cheese or the Babybel Mini cheeses.

Weight Watchers smoked mozarella string cheese and Stacy's everything pita chips.

Hummus and Stacy's

Philadelphia fat free strawberry cream cheese and Trader Joe's sesame corn tortilla crackers.

Watermelon.

Melon

Almonds...I especially like these for the crunch-factor since I no longer eat potato chips

Variety of really good aged cheeses from Fresh Market/Whole Foods. Low carb, high protein and calcium rich! Mmmmmmm...

Tomatoes. Not even kidding - didn't like them before surgery, will eat them like apples now. A great snack. :)

Avocado slice :-)

I cooked beans in the slow cooker on last Sunday...I will be on regular diet starting Monday and I will take it slow. I have not tried any nuts, I thought they were excluded until after 8 weeks. I need to look at my diet progression book again...:)
