Do you ever wake up second guessing your self?
For the past couple of days I have been contemplating not having the surgery thinking I can do this by myself. In reality I know I can't. But I think to myself that since I don't have much weight to lose I don't need the surgery. Then I know that losing the 50+ lbs. will help me control my comorbitities. I've been driving myself crazy with this. I almost think that's why the dr.'s give so much time in between appointments so we can think things over.
Have you been thru this? Maybe I'm just scared of the after math. Maybe if there are any complications I don't know.
