  1. Happy anniversary to all of you! Hope everyone is doing good. Just wanted to say hi...
  2. I was told to have no more than 30 gms of carbs per meal. That would be 90 grams a day because my nut doesn't want me snacking. I also didn't like my bariatric assigned nut. So I see a different one which I really like. She used to be a bariatric nut at Kaiser so she knows what I need.
  3. I crave salty as well as carbs. I still don't eat pasta, rice or bread I'll occasionally have crackers. I weigh myself every morning. It's hard.
  4. Hi everyone... I've been mia for sometime now. Hope everyone is where they want to be. Just want to share with you guys that I have been doing pretty well. I've been in maintaining mode for about 2 months now. I do go from 132 to 134. But I'm happy with this weight. I just emailed my nut to see where I should be calorie wise and she suggest I should be from 1000-1200 cal. How is everyone doing calorie wise?
  5. Thank you. I need all the support and encouragement. I am so sick of being at a stall. Girl I've been at a stall for almost 2 months. I've lost 40 lbs in 6 months you know I'm the slowest at losing weight.
  6. It's going back to basics. 2 days if liquid soft, then slowly introducing foods, shrinks the stomach back and helps with all the snacking. You could google to find all the info. Wanna join me?
  7. I am so annoyed. I am 6 months out (yesterday) but l've been at a stall for 2 month going from 138 to 136 ugh! I can't figure out why I can't break it. I'm going to be doing the 5 day pouch test on Monday.
  8. I do love it. However lately I've been craving Doritos. And then my sleeve reminds me I could only have a couple.
  9. Thank you. I do feel great. But, I also feel like I'm never going to get there.
  10. Thanks. I will def. Try it. What do you drink on the liquid phase?
  11. Thank you. I'm still work in progress.
  12. Hey everyone! Haven't posted in a while. Update on my status: STALLED Yup I've been stalled at 137 for a long time. I'm 17 lbs from my personal goal. I need to try something to break this darn stall.
  13. Hey sleeve family, Haven't been on here for a while but I've missed reading everyone's update. I hope all is well and that everyone is losing at a good pace. I've been stalled for a while at 137 I have 17 lbs to goal but at the rate I'm who knows when I'll get there. I'll try to catch up on everyone.
  14. New... I wanna say congrats on the smaller size pants. I'm also very, very cold all the time. Doing well today, drinking my water, my vitamins, and eating protein.
  15. No I don't have either of the thyroid or the other you mentioned. I'm just slow. Yet I am having the Hairloss problem.
  16. Congrats to all of you who are losing weight. I am 4 months out and I've lost 35 lbs. I'm the slowest loser ever. But I'm happy. I've lost a total of 55 lbs. Ugh this has been a long rough journey. Sending you all the best.
  17. My hair is falling too. I think I might chop it off.. but it's so long. What to do?
  18. Thank you. I drink decaf. I'm glad it counts cause I've been drinking about 32 oz of tea it's been way to cold.
  19. Please remind me again, does coffee, tea and the protein drink made with water count as our water intake?
  20. Good morning everyone. Like I said on a post the other day, I want to be on here more often to get support and to feel accountable for what I eat. Yesterday was a good food day, didn't get all my water in but I did have about 40 oz. Have a great day.
