5 months out down 90 pounds started at 299 now 209 my goal is to be 185 I'm 5'8

You will be there before you know it. For me at least, as slow passing and excruciating as the preop and post op diet phases were, that's how quickly the rest of the time passed. I just lived my life and had a modest realistic goal and it was here before I knew it. I wish you luck on your surgery, an easy speedy recovery and the weight will be melting off of you in no time

I am almost ten months out from my surgery now. The first pic here is me a year ago compared to now. I still have 14 more pounds to goal. Went from about 240 to 154 currently.
