No, I haven't really exercised yet. I am starting to soon. My surgeon didn't want me to doing too much because of internal stitches. I am not keeping under a certain calories. I just still eat really really tiny. I have a hard time eating so 2 bites is about all I ever get. No secret just pure post surgery success. I stalled from time to time. You will lose the weight just don't eat too much and workout if your allowed.

3 months post op! Went from 231 to 171, which is 56% of my excess body weight. My surgeon is ecstatic and so am I!! The after picture was taken two days ago! Oh and did I mention I now where an 8!!!!

I went from an 18 to a size 10!! I just got a 10 on this week! I was sleeved May 22nd Hw:231 Sw: 223 Cw:184

I'm never comfortable talking about bowel movements, but I'm not sure if everything is normal. I am 19 days post-op and four days ago I had my first solid bm. (I was on liquids until 14 days out) I have taken that one solid bm an that's it. I haven't gone since. I was going regularly prior to surgery and going regularly after surgery (although diarrhea). Any help?

I am 7 week post op and I have thrown up after eating meat multiple times. It feels pretty much the same. The only major difference is what comes up (besides bits of food) is a white spit looking bike. That is the gross thing. It's foamy and makes you want to throw up more. Other than that it's the exact same!

People are stupid! Don't let him get to you. At 4 weeks out I had lost 20 lbs and 2 pant sizes. I went to see my boyfriends mom and she looked at me and said "well you look the exact same." I was soooo pissed and upset. I cried the whole way home and was yelling at her in my head (she is an extremely heavy woman to top it off). I finally realized she has always been catty. I let it go, and I continued to lose. She told me on Fourth of July ( i had lost 38 lbs 4 pant and shirt sizes) that I'm "starting" to look good. Ugh! Some people just don't understand how hurtful they can be. I'm sure you look amazing! Don't let others bring you down! You should be on cloud 9!

I definitely want in! Hw:231 Sw:223 Cw:190 Labor Day: 180 I have been stalling a bit, so I feel 180 is realistic! How fun!

My nut said I could have Rice Krispies which is easy going down. I am only 7 weeks post-op.

You can also use bagged slaw (cabbage and carrots) for pasta
