  1. Congrats on 22 lbs In such a short amount of time!
  2. You look AMAZING!! Congrats on your success so far!
  3. Sleeved 5/22 and I am noticing my bras are loose, but still able to be worn. The worst thing is my breast are flattening almost they look like pancakes. I feel so disgusting without my bras on, but I know eventually it'll all work out.
  4. I was sleeves on May 22nd. Height: 5'3" Hw:231 Sw: 223 Cw: 199 Lost 24 lbs. I feel great and can't wait to keep losing!! I am down to a size 14 pants which I haven't been in since highschool. Below I posted a pic of me on Mother's Day this year and 3 weeks post op (I'm 4 weeks post-op today so I've lost more since the photo)
  5. Thank you everyone!
  6. I'm so excited for all of us. I am at 199.3 but I haven't been that small in 4 years so success!!!! Just imagine how low the scale will be in another 6 months! After having surgery I look forward to waking up and seeing how my body changes! I know you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday, but I do and I love it!!
  7. I'm 22 and was sleeved on 5/22 I am 24 lbs down! I feel amazing!!
  8. I've been really hungry too. I am still on 1 oz of food at each meal but between I'm super hungry especially at like 7 at night. I don't want to eat multiple meals, but I'm uncomfortable if I try to eat more than the 1 oz at my meals
  9. I hit onederland this morning! I am 4 weeks post op. surgery was on May 22nd. hw: 231 Sw: 223 Cw:199 Height: 5'3"
  10. Your welcome! I get worried ill eat too much too, but I am still struggling of getting an oz in at each meal.
  11. At 225 I said enough was enough. I went to talk to meet with the bariatric team an was scared shitless (especially being 20) I left the office and said no, this isn't for me ill go back to weight watchers. I did weight watchers for 3 months and had no weightloss. Over the course of a year I was continuing to gain weight, I was always exhausted, i lost my self control when it came to food, and I began to snore really badly. I got a job and in August I went to DC for a training with a coworker who had bypass. That trip I talked to her about everything regarding my Weight problems. She told me how her surgery was the best thing she ever did. I called My mom while I was in DC and told her to make me an appointment to go back to the bariatric team. The ironic part was my appointment date was exactly one year from my first original appointment that freaked me out.
  12. You'll know it when you feel it. I am 3 weeks post-op and until about 3 days ago I would hiccup when I was full. Some people get pains in their shoulder or stomach. Now my stomach hurts when I'm full. It doesn't quite feel like a normal fullness but it feels like you regret your last bite!
  13. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try that next time I have nausea
  14. I was sleeved may 22nd so I am a little over 3 weeks post-op. I am down 20 lbs. I have also dropped 2 pant sizes. Hw- 231 Sw-223 Cw-203 The full photo is Mother's Day 2013 And today
  15. I had diarrhea 4 days post op and continued to have it until 15 days post-op when I had my first solid. It's different for everyone. My doctor told Me to take milk of magnesium if I didn't go after 4 days post op.
  16. Oh I believe you, but most people on birth control feel like their pregnant so they crave and go crazy. I gained like 60 lbs on my b.c. Pills. I craved though I felt super hungry from being emotional (emotional eater) but your right a lot of people just gain from hormones. I should of added that into my comment
  17. I love it! I have only been on it for a little bit. It's one shot every three months. It's quick and I don't have to think about it everyday. I haven't spotted or anything. I've heard a lot of people said they've gained weight on it, but I think you have to give into those cravings they cause you to have (which I haven't had any) any birth control can cause weight gain, because it tricks your body into thinking it pregnant. I use to take seasonique which I loved but the first year bc pills are only 30% effective because of absorption.
