  3. Hi Cheri - I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad and for the health struggles on top of it. And times like this make it extremely difficult to focus on healthy eating and exercise...but don't stop now. Hang in there...it will get better. I also lost my dad 13 years ago in a freak accident at work. I was 5 months pregnant with my second child when it happened. It was one of the worst things I have ever been through. But little by little the pain subsides and you kind of figure out a way to get back to some kind of normal. Good luck with everything...I hope you find the peace you need and the health answers you need so you can focus on feeling better. Jennifer

  10. Thank you! Good luck on your surgery Friday...I'm sure you will do great. The first few days are tough...make sure you rest, don't overdo it, eat healthy protein etc, and drink plenty of water.

  17. Things are going really well. I feel great. I still haven't gotten back into much exercise yet...I usually go to a boot camp class and my doctor wants me to wait about 12 weeks before going back.
  18. Thanks! It's amazing...still healing but overall feel great! What are you having done?
  19. Just wanted to give a quick update. I am 2.5 weeks out from surgery and everything is going really well. I've really had no pain and I am thrilled with my results so far. Love my flat stomach!
  20. Congrats...you look awesome!
  21. I just had mine done last week and as of now they are still swollen and high. How long before yours were normal?
  22. My recovery is going well. I got my drains out today!! Thank goodness they were getting on my nerves! My compression garment just wraps around my midsection so no sores or anything.
