  2. That was the first amazing thing that happened to me as well. My daughter is also 8. She hugs me everyday now with arms wrapped tight and tells me how skinny I am getting. <3
  3. Hi there everyone! I am 34 and live in North Palm Beach County. I had my surgery 7/29/13. My SW was 246 now at 179!! Yay! Stalling now though :/
  4. Yes I did!!!!!!!!! My scars are pretty tiny
  5. Sleeved 7/29 - 246 lbs to 185lbs. Down 61! Feeling good
  6. Hello July buddies! My surgery was 07/29/2013, almost 6 months ago. SW 246 CW 188 Goal 150 My weight loss has really slowed the past 2 months, only losing about 5-7 pounds. I keep yo-yoing between 187 and 188 for the past few weeks. It's the smallest I have been in 14 years and feel good, but I would really like to get another 20 off at least. Very frustrating
  7. Hi!! Congrats on your weight loss! You have done well I am down to 187 from 246. So that's 59 pounds. My goal is 150, I'm 5'4. How tall are you?
  8. My progress so far. I am almost 5 months out. SW was 246 CW 191 Goal is 150
  9. Hi Liv, I am in Jupiter! Who did your surgery? I am almost 5 months post op. Very happy
  10. I am too a pear shaped girl who has always had thick legs and the butt to match. My shelf butt issue went away fairly quickly but I have definitely lost more on top than the bottom half. I have gone from a 2x top to a large and 20/22 to a 14/16. I know that exercising more will help and I have read many times that pear shapes are more healthier than other shapes. It will even out eventually. But I am skeptical that I will ever have those hot legs! I am hoping
  11. When I was a week or so out I had terrible itching all over. Then one day I went for a walk and got all sweaty went home and took a shower and the whole top layer of my skin peeled off. Then the itching stopped. I felt like a snake. It was weird. I have come across a few people that that has happened to. Weird, I know.
  12. Following.... I have been having a terrible time ;( Feel like crap... Literally
  13. I'm having this problem as well. Miralax and stool softeners do nothing for me. My doctor just recommended a probiotic and flax seed oil. I also take Magnesium regularly so I'm going to try doubling up. I would trade diarrhea any day
  14. I'm kind of in love with my calcium gummy from Vitafusion. I can't buy them again. They are too good
  15. I had mine done by Dr. Fred Simon in West Palm!! Very happy with my decision
  16. I have read many times that you should wait a year after hitting goal to decide on plastic surgery because your skin will shrink up more and take its new form. That's my story and I'm sticking to it......
  17. Now only if my brain would catch up with my body. I see the difference in the pictures but not in the mirror. Bought the green shirt today (great deal only $6) which is a large and I was sure it was not going to fit for awhile... But it did. So crazy.
  18. Thanks girls! I'm about half way done. Unbelievable!! I was very lucky to have it covered by my insurance. I am thankful everyday!
