  1. Best thing I have ever done for myself! 47 pounds gone forever! Got to Onederland today!! SW 246 CW 199 GW 150
  2. No way!!!! You lost about 15 years as well. That's crazy! Congrats!!
  3. That happens a lot to me too. I get stuck for a week or two and then a few pounds fly off. I think you have to keep your body guessing. Change up your exercise. Take a day off. Do a day of only liquids. This is what has helped me. I just got to onederland today after being stalled for a long time. It happens to everyone. Good luck!
  4. Can't believe it! I am under 200 pounds for the first time in 7 years and that only lasted for 2 months. I am so glad I had this done and I am so looking forward to the future! First goal down! Next goal 175!! 47 pounds lost as of today. So happy!!
  5. Definitely can see a big difference and you look much happier! Congrats!
  6. Wow. You look like a whole different person!! Amazing transformation!
  7. Damn girl!!! You are looking hot! Love your hair too
  8. I want it all..... Plastics, new clothes, a vacation, pictures with my family..... These are things I have never indulged in myself because I never wanted to be seen. I like the idea of a jewelry piece too to mark 100 pounds lost. Years of putting myself aside is going to be very expensive when I hit goal. Lol
  9. Wow you look amazing!!!!!!! What a transformation
  10. I am 5'4 as well. SW was 246. 3 months out I am 203. I too set my first goal at 175 and ultimate goal for 150. I was between those weights in high school. I don't really think I could ever be below 150. My nutritionist said that this was realistic.
  11. Clearance!!!! I just got two shirts at Urban Outfitters for $4.99 each, in size large!!!
  12. That's really cool. Wish I had something like that. This is what I do. Not very fancy, but I like to keep track to see where I have come from.
  13. Wow! You look great! Congrats! Please post more pics as you heal up!
  14. Wow. You look amazing! So inspirational. Please update with more pics as time goes by and you heal up! Wow
  15. I am at 203 right now....... Anything under starting with a one would make me jump for joy. However, my body is in a stall and is not letting go!
  16. I have been having blurry vision as well. Went to an ophthalmologist last week and did a bunch of testing. Everything looks normal so he said I should take 400 mg of magnesium a day and it has helped.
  17. So I just made this. So delicious and easy on the sleeve. Who knew?! My new favorite! I was leery at first but it turned out great Slice squash in half Scoop out seeds Thinly coat with olive oil and spices I used garlic powder, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper Place face down on baking sheet Bake at 375 for 45 minutes (I think I baked mine a bit more, I like a softer texture) Scrape out spaghetti squash into a dish Top with a sauce with browned turkey Yummo!
  18. Wow. You look awesome! Any regimen or secrets to share!? You are such a success!
  19. Whaaaatt? Wow! Congrats. What do you think has made you so successful? Give me all your secrets! I was sleeved 7/29, with a starting weight of 246 and now I am 203. You are blasting right past me! Congrats!
  20. I used the rest of mine up afterward...... It can't hurt!!!
  21. I had one a few years ago because I worked in a Rheumatologists office and they needed a guinea pig. I hated looking at the picture of my tiny skeleton in that sea of fatness. Made me feel awful. Don't remember them telling me anything helpful.
