should I use hibicleanse in shower aftrr surgery

Hi. I purchased hibicleanse to wash with before my surgery. I still have a ton left. Should I cantinue to use this after surgery?

    I did for the first week of so. I figure it could only help to prevent infections ..

    My Drs directions were to take warm..not HOT showers for the first two weeks. (No soaking baths or hard scrubbing on the incision sights). It was ok to use my normal cleanser.
