    I don't kno if this is for me but yes I'm 3 pounds down from goal and 17 pounds from normal Bmi .. 116 pound lost 7months out

    Im 5'9 in red n blue I was at hw of 294 cw 221 goal 170 its amazing the transformation really has me like wow I love my sleeve have ups n downs but im loving it 3months post op sept 17th :) and the uniform pic was just today!!

    I am almost 9 months post op and I exercise 5 days a week. I only started exercising at about 4 or 5 months out and I wish I had started sooner!!

    Wow looks great , keep up teh good work.... Motivation. :D
