So Far So Good.... 10 Weeks Post Op With Photos~

I'm 10 weeks post op as of yesterday, and today I am down 60lbs total, 56 since surgery May 15!

I am loving the sleeved life! I feel almost normal again! Size 24 to 14-16 now!

    Can you share your exercise routine and what a few typical days of your diet look like? I am 3 weeks post op and down 22 pounds....haven't lost much in the last week...but I am thankful for this forum to know that is sometimes normal ....I am keeping the faith!!
