  5. Most people don't agree with me- but I find heat conforming - I brought my heating pad- and it's been a savior. I still use it 16 weeks post op.

  9. Flew home from Mexico a week after surgery a whopping 15 lbs lighter than the day of surgery. I weigh myself every single day since that day 254- now 176
  10. I use my pre op weight- hey it's only 4 lbs heavier than date of surgery
