I hear ya, stalls are VERY frustrating. I have been on a week-long stall and it definitely has dampened my spirits a bit. I guess we just need to keep our eyes on the end-goal and do the best we can!! Hang in there.

I'm 7 weeks out and in my second stall. I've lost 60 lbs including the 20 lbs from pre-op but the stall isefeating especially when I'm use to seeing daily weight loss. This stall has lasted a week. I don't expect too many more days. The 100 lb mark is my goal and I feel confident I will get there by Thanksgiving. I have had a few glasses of wine and while it tasted great I know it can't be helping...

For me, loading on even more Water for a few days helps. And I mean water ... not Decaf or tea or sugar free drinks like Crystal Light. It may be all in my head, but it usually gets me kick started in.

You are doing awesome! I hope to be where you are in my 4th month. We weighed exactly the same at surgery but you've lost faster. I'm down 47 and I'm two months out. I sure hope I make it into the 70's pounds lost by 4 months!! :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
