June Sleevers! Hows It Going?

Recommended Posts

June 4th, down 25 and two sizes. I can't eat much, get two Protein Drinks in, maybe two bites of chicken salad or liver saugage. Water is hard. think the scale is broken it hasn't moved in a week and 1/2. grrrrrrr...

How long did your stall last?

I was sleeved 6/25. I'm down 27 lbs and have been on a stall the last week. Stepping up my Cardio and hoping I get over this hump.

Sleeve 06/20, and down 20lbs, but I feel like it should be more, I hit a stall in week 3 and then gained a pound back but then dropped 1 pound this week.

....does anyone know if you have more excess weight to lose, does it come off faster or slower, or does the amount of excess weight even matter?

Looks like everyone is doing great, good luck to all!

Was sleeved June 27. Starting weight 260, after preop diet: 247, post op:237. Some long plateaus (six days) eating mostly solid foods. Wishing weight loss was alittle faster. Walking 1.5 miles daily. Elliptical on days I can't walk out side.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
