I just joined today. I had my surgery on 11/23/11, it's been 6 months. I started at 315lbs. I have lost 115lbs. I am so happy!!!!! But I want to loose more!!!! Any Tips?

Wow! Congratulations on 115 in 6 months! I'd love to do my 105 in 6 months and be at Goal! Maintain for 6 mons and get a tummy tuck if I need it lol

My surgery is the 25th and I am so flipping excited!!!!! I wish it was in the morning lol

Licy1979 congrats to you! I'm about the same weight now that you were, I'm wondering about skin. How is your skin reacting, losing so quickly? That's awesome, I pray to have similar results. What size bougie did your surgeon use?
