Shoulder Pain

I notice no matter what I eat I get a pain in my left neck shoulder area so uncomfortable. Ughhhh !!!! Such a terrible feeling and idea as to why this happens?

How long ago was your surgery? This can go on for up to a month after. It is the gases being released. I had the same thing and thought it would never go away, but trust me it does. Try Gas-X it lessens the gas, but does not completely take away the pain. Good luck.

I am 8 weeks post opt, should I take the gas-x before or after eating?

I took in at the end of each meal and bedtime I was also on prilosec daily I was told to walk, walk, and walk it would help the gas work it s way out of the body. Good luck! won't last much longer.

I also took them after a meal. I had a long commute to work and just riding in my car or husband's truck would cause the gas to go crazy.
