  1. I've read several topics on stalls. However, in my experience what has broken my stalls is eating something sweet. Once I do that the pounds begin to drop. I had my procedure done on April 16th, and I've lost a total of 65 lbs.... Talk about feeling great.
  2. It's been a minute. I'm going on 10 weeks post opt doing really well I've lost 45 lbs. However, I've been craving a hamburger and Chinese food. What's going on in my mind? I know i can only eat a small portion. However, I'm craving the taste so bad. Is this common or is it that my mind is playing tricks on me?????
  3. I am 8 weeks post opt, should I take the gas-x before or after eating?
  4. I notice no matter what I eat I get a pain in my left neck shoulder area so uncomfortable. Ughhhh !!!! Such a terrible feeling and idea as to why this happens?
  5. I purchases a protein supplement on today from GNC. The product is called Amplify Smoothie the worker said its pretty good. I'm pretty deficient in my protein I'm lucky to get in 20 grams a day. I'm right at 8 weeks post opt is this common? I can't eat very much without getting full. The protein shake powder cost me $ 60.00, before I break the seal do you guys think this was a wise investment for me?
  6. I'm almost 8 weeks post opt. So today I'm thinking of having a kids meal form Subway. Of course turkey, lettuce and tomatoes. Oh yeah and wheat bread. Will this be ok? Ok family let me hear your opinion????? Talk to me!

  9. Question I'm 6 weeks post opt I would like to eat a chicken salad sandwich with wheat bread will this hurt me? I have not had any bread since my procedure. I normally eat the sandwich less the bread. Talk to me VSG family!!!!!

  12. 6 weeks post opt on yesterday . I've lost a total of 35 pounds and I'm so happy. My Husband is so loving the new me! Talk about confidence I have it out this world. My sleeve had been great no problems, Nor complications. Anxious to loose 35 more.

  14. I was sleeved on April 16th, and I've lost a total of 28 lbs is this considered to be a good start ? I have not been able to take my Vitimans they make me throw up its something about those chewables. I was told to take One A Day Women and Caltrate. I feel like I'm doing pretty good other than that. What you guys think?

  19. Yeahhhh????and good for you. Tomorrow is my one month mark I've lost a total of 27.5 lbs. the best decision I've made in my entire life. I love my sleeve. Keep up the good work
