Weight Lost

I was sleeved on April 16th, and I've lost a total of 28 lbs is this considered to be a good start ? I have not been able to take my Vitimans they make me throw up its something about those chewables. I was told to take One A Day Women and Caltrate. I feel like I'm doing pretty good other than that. What you guys think?

Yep, they are for adults. You can get them anywhere like Walgreens, target, Walmart. The caramel ones are a little expensive. Like $9 for 100 of them. But very worth it : )

The only thing I ever threw up were vitamins! I know how that feels!!

I do gummies too. ( the only thing I've done against doc's orders) but I take them 3 times per day and supplement with B6, B12, Biotin, Zinc, and the Viactive Carmel calciums. I get a huge bag of them from SAMs club for arond 18bucks.

28 pounds in a month is great. 7 pounds per week on average!!
