Down To The 3 Day Clear Liquids Phase!

Recommended Posts

So, I have been on the pre op diet for 11 days, and have done pretty well. I've lost 13 pounds in those days, and I cheated once by eating a few bites of pizza. I felt so guilty that ive been to the letter since. Now, with the 3day Clear Liquids, I guess its just broth tea & Jello? Im an hour from any GNC stores, so Isopure is out of the picture. Does anyone have any tips to get through these last days?

I am on a 14 day liquid diet except a cup of green leafy veggies a day and I have been surviving with Mio in my water! The Jello is a good trick to making your brain think it's eating! haha

Yes, the Jello is a lifesaver! Ive already done 11 days and the last three is just clear liquids, no shakes! Mie, crystal light, broth, and jello for 3 days sounds crazy, but I'll.do it somehow!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
