Are you looking for the BariatricPal Store? Go now!

This May Be Inappropriate, Forgive Me :)

What will Amazon think of me if I search for Ben Wa Balls? What will they suggest in the future, I wonder. Well, I already bought 50 Shades of Grey, so they may recommend rope or something.

Trust me, just another day in the Amazon neighborhood. I know you were probably joking but you can get a great deal from Amazon. That's actually where I bought my last vibrator. (Should I have used a code word for that? lol) Not because I was embarrassed to go to an adult store, just the opposite, I have very specific tastes and couldn't find what I wanted anywhere locally! There was such a huge selection on Amazon. Moral of the story, knock yourself out!

It makes sense, I mean all our organs were probably more squished together. Why not that one?

She said it would be almost unnoticeable and just be more comfortable. I wouldn't mind some more space down there. It is a little uncomfy for me know sometimes because I feel too snug.

My husband and I "front spoon" much easier and we fit during the sha bang bang better. OMG' date=',did I type all that out loud?lol

Seriously, I think if you do crunches, it helps lift the muscles that support that area.[/quote']

The other night I laughed so hard I nearly peed myself when my husband said, "I can't believe we used to do that. Clearly 'this' is wasted on the young! We just didn't appreciate it."

I'm still giggling... down almost 40 pounds and it's been like re-discovery heaven.

Me too! Snug can be a problem ....

I love this thread. Belly (or should I say FUPA?) laugh city.

Snug should never be a problem, if it is, tell him to slow down. Kegel exercises are a good thing. So is astroglide.

Well mine changed sorta and I went to my Gyn about it.he swears that FAT doesnt affect that area, but sex became MUCH more painful for the first 6 months and I hated it....we think its because with less butt and thigh Padding, hubby is able to get "deeper" access...just my personal experience.

Thank you for this thread! I am pre-sleeve. My hubby made a comment about Ms Kitty and how she was fatter and would she shrink. I thought I could find out here if MS Kitty would lose some padding, and I guess I was right!

Still laughing about this thread.

I'm only 3 weeks post op, so I dont have any facts yet, but I am hopeing that it will enable me to reach the big "O" easier. It was easier before I gained all this weight, but I dont know if its a physical thing or just a self esteem issue.

I'm the opposite. I didn't have one until i was heavier. Hoping it's just because I was older (you know what they say about the sex improving with age for women). I really, really hope that doesn't go away. :(

It's not that it gets better with age really. It's that older men are more experienced and not in a rush:D

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
