I know this may be a little inappropriate and I hope I don't offend anyone but It was just a thought and im sure others have thought about this too. So here it goes!

But what about the ....."hoo ha"? :) I'll spare the graphicness of the post but you all know what i'm getting at!!! Does it change at all????

Seriously? that means when I get to goal I'll gain 13 inches..(400/30}..that can't be right, that would put me in the guiness book of world records for sure. Lmao

  • Um, the outside has shrunk, but the inside seems the same at 9 months out and 100 pounds lighter. As a matter of fact, things seem to fit better/deeper these days. TMI?

Technically I guess we could google "how much fat is in a va jay jay" and then get a study done on yours before and measure the difference. I fear I may never stop laughing. I'm just waiting for someone to tell me I'm immature because it's a serious question. And it is. But..... :D:P:rolleyes:

I think I probably need plastics on the droopy .... hoo haa.

Fabulously clever post. I got all of that.

Oh, and I just added a new exercise to my daily routine... kegels. ;)

  • Popular Post

Love me some kegels :)

Well, I think my coochiewa appears smaller and I don't have any camel toe's going on. My husband and I "front spoon" much easier and we fit during the sha bang bang better. OMG,,did I type all that out loud?lol

Seriously, I think if you do crunches, it helps lift the muscles that support that area.

I meant crunches help tighten the muscles that will help lift the skin in that area.

Lissa- Awe Thank You so much. I do feel better about my loss now :) I tend to look at things in a negative way instead of positive when it comes to myself. I know it's bad, but low self esteem and being overweight my whole life has done that to me. Actually I have allowed that to do it to me.

I've been feeling BLAH too because I can hardly eat. I have about 2 oz and I'm done. I feel Neaseous right after and I don't eat for the rest of the day. I am only getting about 20oz of liquid a day. I keep asking myself, will I ever be able to eat more than 2-3 oz a day ever?

What does your meal plan look like at 9 months out?

Sorry I've been rambling on :-(
