My Journey
Here are a few photos of me before my surgery and throughout my sleeve journey!

Heart Rate Monitor?
I have a polar FT7 with the chest strap and I love it. I bought the cheapest color from Amazon and relied on reviews a ton. Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001U0OFDM/ref=wms_ohs_product They are also waterproof, so you can use it swimming/surfing etc. I find it so nice to see my improvement! Polar also now makes sports bras with the monitor built in! They are pricey but I want one lol

Bread
If you do a search you will find lots of different topics on bread. But to answer, not until 4 months out at least. It makes me extremely full and actually makes me kind of sick. It expands a ton in your stomach so I would definitely stay away until you are very far along and healed. Most don't even touch it until they are maintaining.

No Grapes????
I eat pickles, corn and grapes and have since 4ish weeks out. No problems here at all!

Macho Cheese Doritos
Rice feels me up sooo much! I have had sushi twice now and each time I have only been able to eat 2 pieces over 20ish minutes. Last time I went it was with a fellow sleever. We must've looked ridiculous only eating 4 - 5 pieces of the two rolls we ordered! (She ate 3 but she is a year out)

Macho Cheese Doritos
On a side note: I'll see your Frito Lay job and raise you a Coldstone one Just got hired there for my 4th job a few weeks ago. Good thing Hamilton isn't happy with sugar.

So Can U Have It After Vsg...
Not be get too personal, but if you aren't Caucasian then you should already have some very minor minor problems with milk already. I am Latina and had small problems before surgery with straight milk, never really cheeses though. It just made me a little gassy. That hasn't changed since the sleeve. It hasn't gotten worse at all. For me though, sugar is tough on my sleeve. I still indulge every now and then but sometimes too much too quickly makes my stomach very upset. Some days some things don't sit well and then a few days later they will be fine. This is really normal in the beginning, but continues on later as well.

Nothing Bothers Me? Really?
Maybe she isn't one of the people that decided to go on a diet like some on here. I know plenty of successful sleevers who still eat candy, just not much, just like I know plenty of success stories from people who hardcore dieted after surgery. (or at least radically changed their diet to not include any "bad" food.)

Question: Why Is Caffeine Off Limits?
The first one at the bottom has a tab that says "references" References Armstrong LE, et al. Caffeine, fluid-electrolyte balance, temperature regulation, and exercise-heat tolerance. Question: Why Is Caffeine Off Limits?
It is a diuretic if you drink large quantities. Also, outdated information is used as sources for most articles that site it as such. (first articles most recent source is late '90s) Most of us that have been sleeved drink maybe a cup or coffee or a soda a day, definitely not getting dehydrated from it unless by some miracle that is all you drink.

Question: Why Is Caffeine Off Limits?
BTW everyone, coffee is not a diuretic and does not dehydrate you. This is now a myth, recent research shows this. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/caffeinated-drinks/AN01661 http://www.nctimes.com/lifestyles/health-med-fit/article_df147532-cee3-5abe-91b2-9014a83a1af1.html

Bat Wing Solutions?
An arm lift or sometimes some simple lipo may be enough! If you google arm lift you will find tons of stuff They now have a more expensive procedure that leaves the scar in your armpit instead of along the arm!

Ninja, Bullet, Blender Or Food Processor?
I have a nice little bullet but it sucks when it comes to ice! I need something that can nicely blend up a smoothie with some ice. It makes them taste so much better, in my opinion. What do you guys use for ice crushing or finer grating?

Hungry After A Couple Of Hours?
Well, I get hungry after a few hours. Most people on here eat about 5 - 6 times a day. It may also just be acid which can mimic hunger (I take a PPI for this) or head hunger. If you are only eating three times a day I would try adding in 2 small Snacks to see if that helps. I actually eat 6 times a day because my day starts around 6 and ends around 12am or 1 am. So I eat Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. You should also try the acid reducers. Helped me a ton

Most Humiliating Fat Moment
I think that was the point, that is how other people who are mean to fat people think. They think that WLS is for lazy fatties.
