So far so good. Pre surgery I was 266. After surgery I came home and was 277. (surgery Fluid ). Now I am 239. WooHoo. Can't wait to get to 200

I started out at 418 pre. Surgery. I have. Along. Way. To go I have. 2 stay away. From carbs! They. Got. Me bad yesterday. And. I hate the. Guilt! !!! Keep. Up the good work! !!!!
