We all plateau for abit. I am in week 2 of my current one. I normally only lose the week before my period. You are not alone. I know sometimes it is hard to see past the disappointment, but the scale
I have been stuck at this weight now since week 3. I have stayed at 226 since that time. I have added excersize added walking increased my Water intake put Protein drinks back in my diet even though they make me physically ill.
I know that stalls happen but I don't know what else to change I stay under 800 calories and under 40 carbs and get around 70 Proteins a day.
I have posted my frustration before and it seems to help my disappointment level. I have spoke with my nut and my trainer they say keep working it will change. I have been told not to weigh as often but truth be told if I went a whole week and didn't lose I would be devastated!
I have given my all and feel defeated. Just needed to vent.... GOD BLESS
