  1. I have been stuck at this weight now since week 3. I have stayed at 226 since that time. I have added excersize added walking increased my Water intake put Protein drinks back in my diet even though they make me physically ill. I know that stalls happen but I don't know what else to change I stay under 800 calories and under 40 carbs and get around 70 Proteins a day. I have posted my frustration before and it seems to help my disappointment level. I have spoke with my nut and my trainer they say keep working it will change. I have been told not to weigh as often but truth be told if I went a whole week and didn't lose I would be devastated! I have given my all and feel defeated. Just needed to vent.... GOD BLESS
  2. I am feeling that way now.. I keep thinking there is no way that I will ever lose enough weight to really matter. I failed with the lap band this will fail too. I hope that I am proven wrong. Treadmill soon to be delivered and hopefully using my tools I will prove myself wrong. Jill
  3. I have my surgery approval but the fear is causing me to change my mind. I had the Lapband and lost 25lb and more issues than I care to discuss. Now I have this opportunity yet my fears cause me to doubt. What if I can't do this. I love good food...especially a good steak and salad, will I ever have this again. One of my friends who is also heavy stated just except that your fat. But my self esteem is so low that I can't even stand to look at myself. I have been so stressed over this I just don't know what to do. Jill
  4. What are the steps to submitting to your insurance? Do you have to have the physchiatric evaluation first?

  6. I am considering having the vsg surgery. I have had the lap band previously with no luck (small loss of 25lbs) immediate regain after removal plus some. My husband says he doesn't understand the issue. He loves me the way I am. Coming from someone who hasn't gained a pound since we have been married 7 years ago. He hated me having the lap band because all I did was throw up over and over and over..... I guess you would call me the grazer type personality. I don't eat a lot all at once but I eat constantly. Not that I am hungry but because its there. With the lap band I was taught to eat small amounts through out the day. Well since the removal of the lap band I eat larger amounts through out the day. I guess what I am trying to ask is will the sleeve work for me. I can not even think about the rny because I take time released medications that I am not willing to give up and also ostioperosis runs in my family and I don't won't to increase my chances. Let me know your thoughts... Thanks, Jill
