I think I have been harder on myself than anyone else and I finally decided to go to the sleeve. When people ask I say," Haven't you heard that it cures diabetes and hypertension by changing the levels of stomach hormones?". This usually ends the discussion.

i really don't understand the big problem with the answer to this question.

I simply tell whomever asks... that i am watching my weight by watching Proteins (msp), my carbs etc....and excersizing. that is it.. these are all true statements

Don't care what others think. I know this will allow me to live longer and the more time I get with my husband and kids is icing on the cake.
