How long after surgery did you all start to really work out?

I was told after 3 weeks and then to take it easy for a bit

I was hard at it 4 weeks out. Abs, boot camp the whole nine yards. Now at 3 minths out my trainer makes me run with 2 25 pound weights around the track so I will always remember aNd never look back. Don't have the arm strength to tell her I've lotta another. 10 pounds Hhaaaaa.

i started walking at 4 days out, n then after two weeks i started jogging now that i am a month n 1 day out last week i started playing tennis n volleyball.. this week i have a volleyball tournament so excited! i also use my elliptical machine twice a day for 30mins n it has sped my weight loss , thus losing inches !

That's really awesome. I want to be successful at this. I'm only 4 days out but did manage to go for a walk around the block tonight.
