Well I am down 5.6 since last time I checked in on February 25th to 151.2. A little more than 20 lbs to my loose goal of 130. I'd really like to get to 120 or maybe 115 being 4'11''. Went on vacation 2 weeks ago and did lots of walking and driving, more than I have done since my leak. I think I really needed that, it kicked me in to gear and got me back in the swing.

How is everyone else doing?

Hi Libbe

I am doing really great too! I weigh 143. I am 8lbs away from goal. It seems impossible to get there. I am tall too though. 5'7. So people do think I am thin. I just got my blood work back and everything is perfect! No more high cholesterol. Yaaay. So happy. Even having gone through the ringger with my stricture I am sooo happy that I had this done. I am happy to hear you are doing so welll Libbe

Congrats on being close to goal!! Mine is still located in a galaxy far, far away! Lol! I started my journey at almost 300 lbs & I'm really working hard on accepting the fact that I'm not dreaming, this weight loss is real, and that I'm not going to wake up from this wonderful dream! I'm enjoying every single second of this journey & I KNOW that I will reach my goal--and that is priceless! :)

I was sleeved on 2/20/12 and as far as I know I've lost 43lbs. I don't own a scale, so I only weigh sporadically. I think I've lost more, because last night my pants fell down! Lol! Fortunately, I was at home! :)

Oops! I have alot left to go! My goal is not concrete, but somewhere in the range of 125-135. I'm not picky right now. I'm sure I'll feel differently after I start working out. What's your goal?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
