My surgery is tomorrow. I will join you on a hike when I feel up to it. I pray to God that this surgery helps eliminate my itchy legs when I walk! It literally feels like red fire ants crawling all over me and I itch till I bleed. Ugh

Well we will have to meet up!!! I dont know any WA sleevers. Maybe when you are a couple weeks post-op I can come over and we can share some chicken broth and SF jello! :smile1: Where are you having surgery?

What have the doctors said about the fire-ant legs??? that must be tough to do any thing!!!

Puget Sound Surgical Center- Dr Billing. It is in Edmonds Wa. Where did you have surgery? Do you mind me asking how much you lost so far and where your BMI started? Mine is 36 and I am 220. I hope to be 130-140!!

I'm so jealous, I wish I was there and could go with y'all!! I lived in West Seattle at Alki Beach for 3 yrs, many yrs ago and I still miss it so much!! So much beauty and so many fun things to do! I keep saying I am going to go on vacation there one day, so we will all have to meet up somewhere if I do lol.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
