Whatcha eatin on this Saturday the 20th of august

Breakfast

Cottage cheese and 2 strawberries.

lunch is probably going to be some turkey deli meat and guacamole wrapped up in some green leaf lettuce

dinner will be Left Over chicken tortilla soup...sans tortilla tongue.gif

Snacks a Protein coffee concoction (mcdonalds skinny vanilla iced latte with a scoop of chocolate whey Protein in it)

Havarti cheese w/ dill, and I think I have some toads in the cupboard still that I might munch on.

B- 3 of Shelly's Ham Fiesta Egg Bites (eggface.com) YUMMY

2 med strawberries w/ tsp of vanilla yogurt

L- 2 Foster Farms Homestyle Meatballs

D- 2 oz. Honeysuckle White Turkey Thigh

2 cubes cantalope

S- Will have something during the day to bring protein/calorie up to my needs.

I've had 1 sugar free Popsicle, 2 ounces of sugar free orange Jello, a frozen apple juice box and Water.

B - Syntrax Nectar cappucino Protein packet with sugar-free hot chocolate

Laughing Cow light french onion cheese wedge

1 oz applesauce

S - chicken broth

L - Laughing Cow light garlic & herb cheese wedge

1 oz. light & fit strawberry yogurt

24 oz Water so far today!

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
