My Consultation is on Monday and I'm hopeful I will be able to schedule for September 1st. I already know which Dr. I want to use as I've seen his work first hand and it's really really good. He also does reconstructive surgery for weight loss patients. I might want to get many consults at that point, and most likely might choose another Dr. for my Total Body Lift. However, that won't be for a few years from now. I am still considering doing the arm lift but will wait to see how time heals that.

Attached are my pre-op photos. Right now my breasts are a 34C, however I bet if I wanted to fit in a B cup I probably could. My breasts totally flattened out in the last 20 Lbs!! They were doing great for a long time. I do believe I'm going to go for about a DD. As far as the knees, as you can see no explanation is necessary. I'm sure having that extra pillow of fat will feel so much more comfortable for me, during workouts and just the way my clothes fit. I'm very excited about this and I'm ready to go!!!

I think Walmart sells those pasties! I saw them by the butt enhancing pads in the lingerie section lol. Yeah... I totally wanted the butt enhancing pads, you caught me lol

lol, I just bought some of those butt pads from Walmart a couple weeks ago... You can't beat a $10 booty. It looks natural and helps me keep my pants up.

New update... and big UUGGGHHHH!!!

I just bought some new bras this weekend - size 36F (DDD). They fitted the other day, however this morning I wake up and am happy to wear a new one for the first time... and I had to hook it on the last hook already!

Wow... I guess I'm back down into the 34's. I admit I did notice I looked smaller in the mirror to me too yesterday, but geesh - needing a smaller size overnight? That's a bit much right there. Oh well, these are gonna have to last awhile. It's still supports really well, and for now that's the most important thing.

So, good news out of all of this, my swelling is completely gone now!

Cheesecake is like Pin up modeling....Its a good thing!

Sooo my next big day is finally here!! I check in at 7:15 AM tomorrow morning and they are going to liposuction all the fat from my inner thighs and my knees. Believe me, I told him "don't be shy!" He laughed and said don't worry, he's going to take out as much as possible. Though he did say he has to leave more in some spots than others to keep a natural look. *Sigh* I guess I can live with that.

Away I go!!!

Thanks everyone!! I'm doing pretty good. The drugs they gave me knocked me out almost all day. It even made me a bit nauseated. I'm ok though - just sleeping it off.

They took out 5 LITRES!!! Yayyyy!!! LOL :-) So, Phase I was a total success.
