My Plastics Journey - My first one (of several)

My Consultation is on Monday and I'm hopeful I will be able to schedule for September 1st. I already know which Dr. I want to use as I've seen his work first hand and it's really really good. He also does reconstructive surgery for weight loss patients. I might want to get many consults at that point, and most likely might choose another Dr. for my Total Body Lift. However, that won't be for a few years from now. I am still considering doing the arm lift but will wait to see how time heals that.

Attached are my pre-op photos. Right now my breasts are a 34C, however I bet if I wanted to fit in a B cup I probably could. My breasts totally flattened out in the last 20 Lbs!! They were doing great for a long time. I do believe I'm going to go for about a DD. As far as the knees, as you can see no explanation is necessary. I'm sure having that extra pillow of fat will feel so much more comfortable for me, during workouts and just the way my clothes fit. I'm very excited about this and I'm ready to go!!! :D

I am planning on next summer, but it is taking me a while to get to goal :( Also if anyone has any recommendations for plastic surgeons in Michigan I would greatly appreciate the input.

Thanks for posting about your cosmetic surgery journey.. I just had my boobs done 3 weeks ago (did implant with a minilift)..I am loving my silhouette so far, it's not a perky as it could be but i'm happy with my results so far. I have an appointment on friday to consult about doing either vaser lipo or smart lipo on my thighs (what i really need is a full thigh/butt lift since i have cellulite but I tend to get hypertrophic scars so i am paranoid about some of the surgeries). My friends and family is making it seem as if i want to be a "black" barbie doll, but whatever..

My family gave me some heck too, but yeah they get used to it. Just keep doin you and do what makes you happy. Just a word of caution, lipo hurts BUT the results were worth it. :)

Just read this whole thread. Wow. I mean wow. I am a long way from there but just to think of the possibilities and the things I have to look forward to. Thank you!!

Woah, I totally missed this thread as I don't go in this forum very often.....You look great! TBH, I had no idea lipo could look so good on a WLS patient....I would've expected the skin to sag, which is my big reason for not doing it. But after seeing your results, I guess I was wrong! Do you have any photos of your inner thighs? That's my problem area and it's tough to tell how much fat vs. loose skin is in there. I'd be interested in seeing how that area looks after lipo, as I'm afraid of trading soft flab for wrinkly, saggy skin - which would be a downtrade in my books! If you don't want to post them publicly, you can PM me - I'd appreciate seeing them. It's hard to find good post-WLS photos of lipo online.
