Should I get a Magic Bullet?

Recommended Posts

I'm currently drinking ready to drink Atkins shakes. I'm getting bored. How magic is this magic bullet? :) Looks to be about 50 dollars. Should I invest?

It's definitely not a "must have", but I really enjoy mine.

Quick and easy for a smoothie. I put in low carb yogurt, frozen berries, a scoop of Protein powder, a splash of SF Syrup, and a bit of milk/water for just the right consistency. YUMMY!!!!

I also use it for things like onions and green peppers. I love the taste of both, but don't like "biting into a big piece". I throw them into meatloaf (made with Pork rinds instead of bread) and it gives it a lot of flavor.

If you have a costco, try looking there - they often have them cheaper or same price with more accessories. I got mine at Kohls for about $35 when they were having a sale (which seems to be weekly with them).

last trip we knocked out two shakes at Breakfast and was so easy...

Check out the Hamilton Beach Single Serve blender with Travel Lid from Wal-Mart. MUCH cheaper than the Bullet and has better reviews. Most Wal-Marts even carry it in store.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
