Help with pics....

Recommended Posts

Can some of the 'pros' give me some pointers for posting pics? I looked and could not figure it out. I found one place where you could add a picture, but it would not take my 'link' in the actual post. I would like to know how to post the pics in the body of the post.

I have a MacBook if that makes any difference in the directions I need to follow. I am no good with these types of things. I don't even know where I should save the pics on my computer in order to post them later.rolleyes.gif Right now, they are in Apple 'pages' and on my desktop.

Thanks for any info!!smile.gif

I created a Gallery folder under my profile here and then uploaded my images to the folder from my computer. Once uploaded and published, I opened each picture in a separate window and copied the link from the web bar, clicked "click to attach files" and pasted the link to each picture (separately) into the URL field. Once it uploaded, I clicked "attach to post" to the far right side of the image and it inserted into the body. Kind of a pain but it worked.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
