As mentioned above,,you are only human. You will have days like this. Just get back on track and try to walk a bit more, or workout or whatever you do, and don't worry another minute about it. Just make sure to give out ALL the candy to trick or treaters so you won't have any left to eat Halloween night!!

I also left behind a 3 year old and it was hard, but I knew it was what was best for me and for her too, in the long run. It's hard running after an active child when you get out of breath just walking across the room. You will do great, and as already mentioned, you will love Dr. Aceves and his whole staff.
