My stomach removal incision is my most painful one too. I have an incision on either side of my navel. The one on the left (when I look down) is my big incision. No dents anywhere though!

Thanks SO much for this question!! Newly sleeved 9/14/11 and right now that is my only hiccup. I'm like "If this thing felt better, I'd be perfect right now." The tightness/sensitivity causes me to just want to get somewhere and sit down. :(

My surgery was on the 23rd. That incision for me was the most painful. And something really weird about it is that right above that incision, there is a very noticeable dent in my stomach. I'm not concerned with it because when the weight comes off, it will probably not be noticeable. It looks like they did Lipo suction in that one area. Lol

The pain in that incision isn't as bad but now I'm having a lot of inner pain were they cut me about 3 inches above that. I'm sure it is just scar tissue forming inside and it hurts when I stretch it or what have you.

Can't wait either to hear others' answers.

omg! I have the same dent! I just figured it was because my surgery was just a few days ago.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
