How is it that I can weigh the EXACT same weight at night and in the morning the next day?

Yesterday was my weigh in day, and I weighed at night before bed (after Breakfast, lunch, dinner, Snacks, etc), so I was excited and thought FOR SURE I would lose 2-3 lbs. this morning, but NADAdry.gif. My hubby also weighed last night and was down 3 lbs. this morning.

How is it possible to weigh the EXACT weight as the night before? Has this happened to anyone else?

Interesting, just wonderingtongue.gif...

I know how hard it is, but I've found that I'm MUCH happier and less stressed if I only weigh once a week. I think particularly with women, our cycles tend to effect our weight because of the Water retention. Honestly, I was weighing 10 times a day and making myself INSANE!

Hey S, the answer is YES!!! This does happen to me sometimes. I do suspect it is Water retention because it is always around TOM that this happens. I'm sure it's not the same for everyone, but is something I have noticed for myself.

Flush it out! I bet you see a drop tomorrow morning.

Ohhh and don't compare yourself to your Hubby. Men are a different breed and they can lose weight super easy. My hubby decided not to eat any junk food for a whole week and lost 5 Lbs. Didn't do anything else different, no workout, nothing. 5 Lbs just for that???? You have got to be freakin kidding me. I have to do that and WAYYYY more... it kinda is really unfair!!! :P Of course he decides to do this when I'm breathing down his neck scale wise!!! Haaa!!!

Plus we don't eat much!! I know for me what I'm eating isn't as HEAVY as the food I ate before I was SLEEVED!!! Just my thoughts on it!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
