Dr. Yu is doing mine on June 11th....that is true about the staff, very nice, but you have to stay on top of them for follow up

I was submitted last Thurs and I called the ins company Monday to check status and got a verbal approval. I let my surgeons offc know and they called to verify..

Ok dumb question.... do I just call the number on my insurance card or is there another number to call that doctors use?

@DC...that's not a dumb question...LOL. I called the 1 800 number on the back of my card. The one we use for any questions we have...the customer service rep will help you or transfer you to someone that will....
