Protein for Clear and Full

Recommended Posts

I was wondering the same thing to.

I have chocholate flavored Protein Shakes that I would like to know if I can drink those on the clear liquid phase.

I do know that you can put unflavored Protein in with your crystal light and stuff like that.

Clear Protein is something like Isopure. It looks like kool aide. You can put unflavored Protein Powder in

crystal light, sf gatoraide, sf poweraide etc. There is also Unjury protein chicken broth. Syntrex nectar also makes some clear protein.

Clear protein is not necessarily clear, it can be cloudy but not thick, and no, chocolate is not a clear protein.

Full liquid is drinkable yogurt, Protein Shakes that are thicker, and

Soups with no chunks in them.

You can buy it online, at Netrition.com . Their shipping is 4.99 for no matter how much stuff you order.

You can buy it at GNC and I believe the Vitamin Shop carries them too.

I am sure some other people will say where they got theirs. A lot of people don't like it, so if you can get it at GNC, that would be good because as long as you save the receipt, you can return it.

I bought a 3 lb tub of the unflavored Isopure off Amazon for around $32 including shipping. You just have to shop around!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
