Tell me Wonton soup could be a mushie

Recommended Posts

Just say yes. :crying:

I looked it up and my fave restaurant has 1 cup of wonton Soup listed as 14 carbs, 7 fat, 14 Protein. With the wonton in it, would that be soft food or mushie?

I am planning my diet for next week. :biggrin0:

You can put it in the blender and make it into a mushie! It's all about consistency!

I've been living on wonton soup-- I just chew until there s nothing left, I pretty much can handle 1 dumpling and maybe 1/2 cup of broth, its delicious!

I've been having a heck of a time with mushies & just yesterday was put back to full liquids with the advice to just try incorporating mushy foods with my Soups. So today I had a lunch outing & was worried sick about them having a Soup that wasn't chunky. Low & behold they had wonton soup. I had a bowl & did it ever feel great to feel normal again! Their wontons were shrimp filled, so I even tried one & imagine that it went down with ease (after chewing it to a mush first!)! I ended up having 2 wontons & the rest of the bowl was broth. I did remove as much of the noodle from the wontons as I could & was still happy with that. Tummy filled & felt great!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
