I haven't tried them. The only attractive thing is that they're packaged and ready to go. And they are only 240 calories. I wouldn't make them a staple in my diet, but if I was on the fly & didn't have time to prepare anything, it's a quick high Protein meal. Unless you're restricting carbs and salt, I don't see anything wrong with them (once in awhile).

My wife loves them. She hasn't had any WLS, but she's pregnant with twins and has gestational diabetes...so she's very carb and Protein conscience.

I have had a bite or two of a few of them and they're pretty tasty. That said, I have a seven week old band that is completely empty, so I'm not a good judge of what will fit through a properly fitted/filled band. I can however vouch that they taste okay.

For a bit more info, they're individually packaged wraps. They're on the smaller side and are in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. They have about eight or ten varieties. They make decent grab-and-go food though...that's how my wife uses them.

The wrap portion isn't very fluffy, so I think post-fill, I'd still be able to handle it with proper chewing, but then again, I have no concept of how things will be post-fill other than my preconceived notions and unfounded expectations.

Unfortunately or not - I have no issues of eating anything (3 months out of surgery). I can eat bread, tortillas, raw apples, grape, green salads, read meat or fried chicken (in limited amounts of course) etc, anything that I was told might be difficult to eat after. I think there is only one way for you to figure it out if you can eat it or not - by trying it!

I'm going to the market tonight (my surgeon and nutritionist do monthly supermarket tours which I think is awesome) and can take any pictures or anything else if you're interested. Like nutrition labels or anything up close.

Just let me know what you're specifically looking for and I can post pictures as needed.

Hell, if I could figure out how to ship it to you, I'd do that. If you can think of anything, let me know.

I tried them and they were pretty good..a bit dry...but they would be a good option for convenience like when traveling.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
