Hard Boiled Egg Whites Off Of My List : (

Recommended Posts

Okay, I love hard boiled eggs but have come to the conclusion that my band hates them. Don't try this at home boys and girls.

I prefer scrambled eggs to hard boiled but my doc actually recommends hardboiled to scrambled eggs because they are better tolerated. Sorry your band doesnt agree! I learned apples are a no-no

I can't eat broccoli but for now I can tolerate hard boiled eggs, if I eat them really slow.

You may want to try an egg white omelet or scrambled egg whites. I seem to do better with those. Just experiment with different ways. What does/doesn't work for others may or may not work for you. I have seen many people not do well with salad and for me it goes down really easy so keep trying and find other things that do work for you. :)

The foods I can tolerate vary from day to day.

Unheard lettuce is difficult but I guess like shredded lettuce would be okay... Shredded lettuce and shredded cabbage mix is my favorite anyway! I am one week post op and have been reading everything and its such good advice you're sharing because I know what to be cautious about

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
