I'm in the city but there's a NY group here on this forum and I know of two people from the island. Zinhaa and TracieR. No idea though what towns they are in.

I had my surgery 2 years ago by Dr. Garber (NY Bariatric Group). I work out now at LA Fitness but have been slacking the last six months and put 25lbs back on. . I had a fill on Thursday (first one since November) and am getting back on track.

I just got may 1st- one month today! And I haven't worked out yet I finally can start this week doing my Zumba at Lucille Roberts so I'm so excited! Question now is how am I going to get in the grove again lol. 97 PDs?? Show me te way!!! Lol

I had Dr. Garber also. I was banded3/18/13 down 31 lbs but struggling to get more now. I live in oyster bay and I am up if anyone wants to start running or walking?

I had my surgery by Alan Geiss in Syosset. I work in lower Manhattan so most of my days are spent on the road.
