So I am wondering about Peanut Butter is it healthy or not and in what amounts.
And before anyone says ask your nut. I can't... I live in a tiny town 4 hours away from where I had surgery. no nut. here.
now I am going to say I have been studying on how to eat better and we (my family have changed how we eat) even my husband has lost 22 lbs. and not by dieting but because we changed our life style. but books are conflicting on peanut butter one uses it as a good example the other as bad so whats your opinion or what has your nut. told you?
Thanks in advance I really do appreciate it!
