Arms?!

Anyone know how to get rid of or at least shrink the arms? I don't mind gaining muscle so long as these wings go away!

Hi,

I actually had the surgery to reduce the skin on my arms - and I recommend not to do it. For me, I dont' think the scars are worth it.

I did read about someone who did 10-15 minutes of massage on the arms each day in addition to workign out and saw some good results with that.

I don't have any advice for that because I don't think there's really much to be done about serious amounts of loose skin other than surgery. I just want to tell you that whenever I see someone with the telltale signs of significant weight loss, I secretly think that that person is awesome.

Exercise, hydration, and good genes. Unfortunately some people are simply going to have excess skin and nothing will help but surgery.
