I was banded in Mar and I have lost about 25 lbs so far and had my first fill back at the first of the month. My weight loss has been really slow since my fill and I have no energy...I was wondering if anyone has had B12 shots in conjunction with the fills / band. I eat 3 small meals and day, drink lots of water or water with crystal lite in it....If I have a snack in the evening it is some kind of veg or fruit maybe a protein drink or ensure clear... I was just wondering how this would work... Thanks and Good Luck everyone...

well don't get on the scales everyday...Only once a week and just keep working at it and will eventually come off...if your not losing weight it might be inches...Just be patient and it will work...Do get discouraged because you don't see any results... Good Luck to all...

The Drs told me to get it to help with any gas after surgery...It is a digestive aid...You get it at the Vitamin Shoppe...Health food store (GNC)...Mine is chewable but there was lots of choices...I got chewable cherry ones...Glad to hear they also work if you get food suck...(Which I have not had yet).... How about try drinking a glass of Cranberry juice...One full 8 oz glass it should do the trick...Or at least its always worked for me...Good luck...

Hello, I had to go through a psychologists interview, 3 consecutive months of a supervised weight loss class, the lap-band Drs seminar. I called the Drs office and they told me exactly what I needed to ask my insurance company and I then called BCBS and the lady there told where to find the info in my book I got from BCBS or on the web site and I printed a copy and took it with me to my reg drs visit and he and I went over it and he set me up with what I needed...The longest was the 3 months of weight loss...Good Luck if you have any other question please contact me...I will help if I can
