Both. PB2 is Protein Shake magic! As for almond milk it is a nice alternative to Water. I have completely given up cow milk.

I was getting so tired of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry shakes. I found this wonderful website that puts a twist on our boring Protein shakes....I had the "PEACH COBBLER" Protein Shake for breakfast....here is the website....i hope this helps. http://dashingdish.com/recipes/shakes/. Let me know what you think.

Sf ff instant pudding mix is good to change flavors. Sf syrups are also good. I use skim milk but I know a lot of people who use almond.

I use unsweetened almond coconut milk-- it's heavenly!

I just altered a weight watchers shake recipe for us bandsters and would like to share( of course I didn't measure much so you'll have to improvise)

1 cup almond coconut milk

2 scoops of vanilla Protein powder

About a tbs of cheesecake sugar free pudding powder

A good amount of pure mint extract

One package of stevia

Ice

Blend it for about 4 minutes and enjoy what I'm calling " A Banded Shamrock" shake!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
