Both. PB2 is protein shake magic! As for almond milk it is a nice alternative to water. I have completely given up cow milk.

I was getting so tired of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry shakes. I found this wonderful website that puts a twist on our boring protein shakes....I had the "PEACH COBBLER" protein shake for breakfast....here is the website....i hope this helps. http://dashingdish.com/recipes/shakes/. Let me know what you think.

Sf ff instant pudding mix is good to change flavors. Sf syrups are also good. I use skim milk but I know a lot of people who use almond.

I have used cheese cake flavor before and I was wonderful!!

I use unsweetened almond coconut milk-- it's heavenly!

I just altered a weight watchers shake recipe for us bandsters and would like to share( of course I didn't measure much so you'll have to improvise)

1 cup almond coconut milk

2 scoops of vanilla Protein powder

About a tbs of cheesecake sugar free pudding powder

A good amount of pure mint extract

One package of stevia

Ice

Blend it for about 4 minutes and enjoy what I'm calling " A Banded Shamrock" shake!
